Joining the SER National Board are Rick Gomez, AT&T and Craig Baker, SER-Jobs for Progress, Inc. Roger C. Rick Gomez is Assistant Vice President – Human Resource Services, AT&T, Dallas, Texas. Rick has more than 20 years of progressive human resources leadership experience, which includes Executive Director for Workforce Diversity and Inclusion, Director, Merger Integration
(wireless), as well as work in external affairs, legal and corporate development. He is the former Director – Mergers and Acquisitions, responsible for developing strategies/solutions to transition human capital to AT&T.
Craig Baker, Executive Director, SER-Jobs for Progress, Inc., Pawtucket, Rhode Island, has served in his current positon since 2011. Craig brings years of workforce development experience as COO and Development Director at the Greater New Bedford Workforce Investment Board in Massachusetts and corporate experience as Director, Business Development, NaturaLawn of America and Vice President, Corporate Education at InterPay, Inc.
