Dr. Wallace’s Bio
Madeleine F. Wallace, Ph.D. is the founder of Windrose Vision, a company that specializes in program development, management, monitoring, and evaluation. Dr. Wallace is a serial entrepreneur, having started multiple successful businesses, and she conducts training throughout the country and does personal coaching to aspiring Latinas. Dr. Wallace has conducted numerous evaluation studies for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the National Science Foundation (NSF) and served as a local evaluator for several grantees of SAMHSA, CDC, and the Department of Education. She had led multiple federal studies related to broadening participation in STEM to underrepresented groups. Dr. Wallace has extensive experience in biomedical training programs, evaluating STEM national efforts, providing technical assistance on tailoring/adapting interventions for diverse populations for co-occurring disorders. She was formerly the Director of the Office of Evaluation and Performance at the NIH. She is an Alumni of the Stanford Latino Entrepreneurship Initiative Education Program, the Harvard Executive Leadership Program, and the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program.
