Margie Aguilar is co-founder and President of Industrial Strength Productions (ISP), a widely respected bilingual film and video production company located in Dallas, Texas. Aguilar, along with creative partner Dan Craig, created Industrial Strength Productions in 1998, with a mission to raise the bar for quality Spanish language programming in the United States.  It was a mission that was dear to Aguilar’s heart long before the company began.

Rebecca Aguilar is a multiple Emmy award-winning reporter celebrating four decades of telling good stories. She is also a social media expert with two of the most prominent Latina groups on Facebook and founder of the successful #CallingAllJournalist Initiative aimed at helping journalists thrive and survive. Aguilar has broken barriers in her career. She is the first Latina and woman of color elected President of the Society of Professional Journalists in 112 years. She was also inducted into the National Association of Hispanic Journalists Hall of Fame. 

Sandra started her new role as Manager of Public Affairs  with Burlington Northethis past September with Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway (BNSF). She worked for the City of Fort Worth and recently ended her career after 25 years. 

Sandra Maria Garcia is the Past State Chair of the Hispanic Women’s Network of Texas.  Previously she served as the State Chair and State Chair Elect.  She was responsible for ten (10) chapters across Texas.
