SER National Annual Community Day
November 20 at 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
In conjunction with the 2020 Annual Conference, SER National is hosting a virtual “Community Day,” on Friday, November 20, 2020 over Webex.
Community Day will be focused on STEM (Science, Tech, Engineering, and Mathematics). Students and other community members can experience hands-on interactive activities, hear from STEM leaders and educators, participate in educational workshops, learn about STEM-related careers, and get a chance to win STEM prizes!

The Director of NASA’s John H. Glen Research Center, Dr. Pérez-Davis plans, organizes and directs activities required in accomplishing the missions assigned to the center. She has received numerous NASA awards including the NASA Outstanding Leadership Medal.
Chester Elton has spent two decades helping organizations engage their employees in organizational strategy, vision and values. A founding partner of The Culture Works, he is a leadership consultant to firms such as American Express, Procter & Gamble, Avis Budget Group and Cigna. On top of that, he has written several New York Times and #1 Wall Street Journal best-selling leadership books, including Leading with Gratitude, All In, and The Carrot Principle. He still makes time to serve as a board member for Camp Corral, a non-profit for the children of wounded and fallen military heroes.
Tony López is the CEO/Founder for L&L Associates, a Leadership & Management Consulting Firm. He began his professional career as a military officer and served as a Captain in the Air Force where he received many honors and accolades, including The Air Force Meritorious Service Medal. He has quite the impressive resume, spending time at companies like Johnson & Johnson, Respiratory Systems in CareFusion, Ansell Healthcare, and AZZUR GROUP. On top of that, he is a published author and motivational speaker.
