Prior to his banking career he worked in the commercial real estate industry mostly in land acquisitions, office leasing and development. Isaac was also a small business owner for a short time in the insurance and financial advising field and later selling his company and joining one of the largest Community Development Financial Institutions in the United States as a Regional Director. He is now working with United Texas Bank promoting CRA loans, helping women, minority and low to moderate income areas seek financing through the United Texas Bank loan programs.
