Section 1 – General Information
A. Purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ)
SER-Jobs for Progress National, Inc. (SER) is presently seeking quotes from vendors to secure INTERNET SERVICES for SER’s Administrative office in Irving, TX. The selected vendor(s) is also expected to assist SER-National IT Management with long-term planning to keep systems current and functional in the most cost-effective manner possible.
B. Who May Respond
Vendors providing Internet services may submit quotes.
C. Services Solicited in this RFQ
Internet Service Provider:
- Provide minimum bandwidth of 100MB
- Guarantee up time of 99%
- Block of 10 Static Public IP Addresses
- Capability of accommodating IP office phone system, keeping existing phone numbers
- Include within quote for the following:
- Internet Service Provider Monthly Cost
- Anticipated setup services that may be required
- Time frame from start to finish for completion of installation
